Nothing on this site is an offer of a franchise, an offer of securities or an invitation to invest, and no territory is available in any market until the United Arab Emirates pilot store has traded and the market-entry gates have been cleared.
Commercial terms described here are the current position of the Company and may be varied by May And Co at its discretion. Investment figures are location-specific, are confirmed in a written commercial schedule issued after feasibility and due diligence, and are not published on this site.

Brand and intellectual property
The May And Co name, marks, designs, photography, copy and the structure of the franchise system described here belong to the Company or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Trade mark protection is pursued market by market ahead of entry. Registration in a market is a condition of granting rights in that market.
Personal data
Where you send an enquiry, the personal data you provide — your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your background and intentions — is used solely to respond to you and to assess whether a conversation is worth having.
It is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and not used for any other purpose without your consent. Data is handled in accordance with the applicable data protection law of the United Arab Emirates and of any other market in which we operate.

Governing law
